Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in the state of South Carolina or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience working with children in a school environment highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress throughout the school year
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation for IEP meetings
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
