Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Henderson, NV

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• National certification or eligibility for CCC-SLP, or be a strong Candidate for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Experience in school-based, healthcare, and/or pediatric settings
• Solid understanding of IEPs, speech and language evaluation, and treatment interventions
• Background or interest in teletherapy (helpful, not required)
• Licensed or eligible for SLP or SLPA licensure
• Capable of working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for a team environment

Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participating in IEP meetings and documentation
• Providing both direct therapy and consultative services within the school setting
