A rewarding opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants with a passion for supporting students’ communication skills in a dynamic educational setting. This contract-based role offers both full and part-time options for the 2026-2027 school year, providing you flexibility as you make a meaningful difference. You'll work closely with elementary students, with some involvement in middle and high school populations, helping each learner reach their fullest potential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active license as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA, with eligibility to practice in school or healthcare environments
  • Experience with school-based service delivery or teletherapy preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseloads efficiently
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized intervention planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services, both onsite and via teletherapy, as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of progress, IEP goals, and compliance documentation
  • Work collaboratively with educators and other specialists to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
  • Provide guidance, resources, and training to staff and families as appropriate
