Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language difficulties
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving communication goals
• Monitor progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and support staff
• Work directly with families to support and educate them on therapy strategies and progress

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; applicants completing CFY are welcome
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Active licensure with the State Board of Speech Language Pathology or ability to obtain
