Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech/language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language intervention
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
