Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active license to practice as an SLP
- CCC or CFY considered
- Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with varied age levels and caseloads
- Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with communication challenges
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise for individualized student programming
- Utilize evidence-based methods and creative strategies to engage students across age and ability levels
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions based on student progress
