Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active license to practice as an SLP
  • CCC or CFY considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with varied age levels and caseloads
  • Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with communication challenges
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise for individualized student programming
  • Utilize evidence-based methods and creative strategies to engage students across age and ability levels
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions based on student progress

This role is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week, offering the chance to work with a varied caseload and truly make a difference.
