Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to individualized, student-centered planning
- Comfortable with IEP documentation and collaboration with educators and parents
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support each student’s educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student on your caseload
