What we’re looking for:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs considered)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
- Consult and collaborate with general and special education teachers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
