Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention techniques for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert input
  • Support students in achieving individualized communication and academic goals
