School Speech Language Pathologist - Henrico, VA

What we’re looking for:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs considered)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Consult and collaborate with general and special education teachers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
