Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention techniques for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert input
- Support students in achieving individualized communication and academic goals
