Key Responsibilities:

  • Conductspeech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document each student’s progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
  • Maintain compliance with professional and ethical standards in all therapy services

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage the logistics of travel efficiently between school sites
  • Commitment to student-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Location and Work Environment:
