Speech Language Pathologist in Hertford, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Active North Carolina state SLP licensure and certification
• Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates with a passion for supporting K-12 students
• Expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating within special education teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, though not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to promote communication success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress and intervention
• Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development initiatives
