Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and learning skills in a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time assignment runs the entire school year and involves working onsite across two areas, serving four schools. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and other specialists to provide high-quality intervention and support for a diverse student caseload, typically around 34–40 students. There is a possibility for virtual service delivery if an SLPA can facilitate onsite.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Active state SLP license
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Willingness to travel between assigned schools
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to virtual delivery models (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and therapy to students with speech, language, or communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
  • Adapt services as needed for onsite or virtual delivery models
