Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates also considered
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable adapting to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary educational team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies
• Deliver evidence-based direct and consultative therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
