Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Prior experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
- Comfortable serving both intermediate and middle school-aged children
- Skilled with diagnostic, therapeutic, and documentation responsibilities
- Experience with SLP-Healthcare, Pediatrics, CFY, and Teletherapy a plus
- Adaptability to different caseload sizes based on prior school experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades 4-8
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with all legal and ethical standards
- Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
