Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist certification
• Experience working with students in grades 6-8 or 9-12, or with K-5 populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with students and educational staff
• Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfort with data collection, progress monitoring, and collaborative teamwork
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to high school students as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to facilitate student progress
• Assess student abilities, set goals, and monitor outcomes
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate, confidential records
• Engage with families to share progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student achievement
