In this contract position, you’ll collaborate with an onsite SLPA, provide essential speech and language services, and contribute to an engaging, student-centered atmosphere. You'll work four days per week, with a possible half day on Wednesday, enjoying manageable 6.5-hour workdays.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active state licensure (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings
- Knowledge of IEPs, goal-writing, and data collection
- Comfort supervising or collaborating with an SLPA, if applicable
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with early childhood populations highly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 32 early childhood students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educational teams and families
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reporting
- Work alongside the onsite SLPA, providing supervision as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and care coordination
