This contract role is designed for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) eager to support young learners on their journey toward communication success. You will join an experienced, collaborative team, working closely with supportive staff, including an SLPA, and serve an early childhood caseload of approximately 32 students.

This position features a balanced weekly schedule—four full days and a potential half day on Wednesday, with each day totaling 6½ hours. You’ll have the chance to build meaningful connections, support student growth, and provide vital services in a dynamic school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current certification and state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Experience or strong interest in early childhood (ages 3-5) communication and language development
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, assistants, and families to support student progress
  • Strong documentation and case management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of early childhood students
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an on-site SLPA and other educational professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes for each student
  • Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student achievements and needs
