Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting early learners as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. In this engaging school-based position, you'll play a key role in empowering approximately 32 early childhood students to find their voices, master communication, and build vital skills for lifelong learning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) required
• Early Childhood (EC) experience highly desirable
• Prior work in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy
• Develop and implement IEP goals for early childhood students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for holistic support
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Work closely with the SLPA to maximize intervention effectiveness
