Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in North Carolina, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, will also consider candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings
• Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service models
• Familiarity with conducting student assessments, developing IEPs, and maintaining timely documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and flexibility to meet students’ individual needs

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Implement individualized education plans and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Liaise with teachers, school staff, and families for holistic student support
• Use various technologies for remote sessions where needed
• Maintain comprehensive, compliant records and progress reports
