North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant has partnered with an excellent school district near High Point, NC to provide Speech Pathology services for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is ideal for professionals holding ASHA certification and a valid North Carolina SLP license who have experience with ECATS and are ready to manage a school based caseload

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
• North Carolina SLP licensure mandatory
• Proven experience with ECATS software system
• Previous work with school-age children, particularly grades 4 through 12
• Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students effectively

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation for students in a school setting
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations, utilizing ECATS
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective communication strategies and interventions
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Compensation: 

• Hourly Pay Rate: $50-$56
