An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) seeking a dynamic contract role in a school-based setting near Hilliard, OH. This position offers a unique chance to support both elementary and preschool students with speech and language services throughout the academic year.

The assignment begins January 5, 2026, and runs through June 1, 2026 with two phases:

  • From 1/5/2026 to 3/27/2026: Spend three days each week working with elementary students and two days at a dedicated preschool center.
  • From 4/13/2026 to 6/1/2026: Transition to four days per week at the preschool center, building strong rapport and making a lasting impact with young learners.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Ohio SLP license or eligibility by assignment start date
  • Previous school-based therapy experience is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate comfortably with multidisciplinary teams, families, and classroom educators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development
  • Tailor interventions to meet varying student needs across both elementary and preschool populations
