Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Hilliard, Ohio

Step into a dynamic contract position supporting K-8 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. You will work directly with a caseload of 18 students, helping them achieve their communication goals throughout the remainder of the school year.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current SLP-CCC credential
• Licensed SLP in Ohio or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly with pediatric and K-8 populations
• Proficiency in delivering speech-language interventions and conducting assessments
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8 students, managing a caseload of 18
• Deliver a total of 2,700 student therapy minutes per quarter, not to exceed 20 hours per week
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, document, and track student progress to ensure effective outcomes
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Offer support and recommendations to promote students’ academic and social success

This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, with a flexible schedule designed to fit within a maximum of 20 hours weekly.
