Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Hilliard, Ohio

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in a vibrant educational environment near Hilliard, OH. In this role, you’ll use your expert speech-language pathology skills to make a daily impact in the lives of students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Your services will reach a diverse caseload of 38 students, ensuring individualized attention and progress toward each student’s unique speech and language goals. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working within pediatric, healthcare, or school settings
• Comfortable serving school-aged children and adolescents (grades K-12)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a range of developmental and educational needs

Primary Duties:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to a caseload of 38 students across K-12, in individual and group settings
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and maintain meticulous records to document student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
• Provide consultative support and resources for teachers and staff to support communication needs in the classroom
• Fulfill service delivery targets: 7,160 total minutes per quarter
