Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC)
  • Interest or previous experience working with high school-aged students
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort utilizing teletherapy platforms and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Exposure to school-based environments is beneficial, though not required
  • Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to high school students in both onsite and virtual formats
  • Participate in the evaluation, diagnosis, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain consistent communication with educators, support staff, and families to support progress
  • Track and document student advancement and adapt therapy approaches as needed
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all learners
