School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hillsboro, Oregon

This onsite role focuses on delivering speech therapy services to students with mild to moderate needs, within a district’s dedicated Early Intervention Program. You’ll have the chance to make an immediate impact, with interviews available as early as this week and an ASAP start.

Key Qualifications/Experience:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license/certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working in school settings and familiarity with K-12 populations
• Previous involvement with early intervention or mild-moderate caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other related service providers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and screenings for students referred for speech/language services
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions tailored to mild to moderate needs
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records per regulations
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to promote student success in the classroom
• Offering consultation and training to parents and school personnel as needed
