Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certification required for working in school settings.
• Experience collaborating with elementary and high school students preferred.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to determine needs.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans in accordance with IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services individually or in small groups.
• Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and progress.
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development.
