Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and maintaining open communication with teachers, administrators, and families. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (state requirements must be met)
  • Experience in educational settings with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload, maintain records, and document progress
  • Comfortable navigating IEP processes and participating in student support meetings
  • Adaptability for working in different school environments and with a variety of student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and speech/language assessments for students
  • Develop individualized treatment goals and evidence-based therapy plans
  • Provide direct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
  • Consult with instructional staff and parents about student progress and strategies
  • Maintain confidential records and make data-driven recommendations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive educational plans
