Transform the lives of K-12 students by providing exceptional speech-language services in an engaging school setting. This contract-based opportunity is ideal for those who hold an active North Carolina SLP license and possess a true passion for supporting communication development. As a Voco Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work full-time from August 18, 2025, through June 10, 2026, serving children of varied ages and needs across several nearby schools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric caseloads is desirable
  • Comfort with or interest in teletherapy and blended service models
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

  • Managing a diverse K-12 caseload with opportunities for both direct and consultative speech therapy
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and providing interventions for students with varied speech and language needs
  • Utilizing digital platforms to facilitate innovative, high-quality therapy (Voco SLP model)
  • Organizing your week with consistent, family-friendly hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours weekly
