Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Current state license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Previous experience working in a K-12 educational setting is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as required
• Serve as a resource for colleagues and parents regarding speech-language concerns
