Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows welcome
- Prior school-based SLP experience or familiarity with IEP processes
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation compliant with district and federal requirements
