What you bring:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in school-based therapy or pediatrics preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and parents
  • Adaptable approach, with a commitment to evidence-based practices
  • Enthusiasm for creating engaging, student-centered therapy plans

Daily responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across a range of ages and needs
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contribute to the special education process
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
  • Attend IEP meetings, share updates, and participate in team problem-solving
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and accessible environment for all students
