Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA for the upcoming school year. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and serve a diverse student population across secondary education and mixed itinerant caseloads. With a flexible four-day workweek starting July 17th, 2026, this position is designed to provide both professional challenge and work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and experienced SLPAs are encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and secondary education settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy and/or itinerant service delivery models is a plus
  • Current state licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students within a secondary education or itinerant caseload
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster communication goals
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed for remote service delivery
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams

This rewarding contract position offers a pay rate of $40-50 per hour, depending on experience. You'll work a 190-day contract across four days each week, granting you valuable flexibility while making a difference in Greenwood and surrounding areas.
