Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, school leaders, and families to monitor progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support strategies
