Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • CCC-SLP credentials preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience providing speech-language services to pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students in both individual and group formats
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in line with school protocols
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress and ensure IEP compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student growth and goal-setting
  • Implement evidence-based practices using both in-person and virtual/teletherapy methods, as appropriate
  • Provide mentorship to Clinical Fellows (CFY) if eligible
