Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- CCC-SLP credentials preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience providing speech-language services to pediatric or school-aged populations
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students in both individual and group formats
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in line with school protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress and ensure IEP compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student growth and goal-setting
- Implement evidence-based practices using both in-person and virtual/teletherapy methods, as appropriate
- Provide mentorship to Clinical Fellows (CFY) if eligible
