Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure in MI)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
- Prior experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain compliance with district policies and special education documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
