Key Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working with grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school students)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse student needs
- Familiarity with educational settings and IEP processes preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs in students from grades K–12
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Document student performance, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented school culture
