Licensed Grades 6 - 8 School Speech Language Pathologist - Holland, MI

Empower students of all ages in a dynamic, supportive school environment by providing speech-language therapy services on a contract basis. Work with learners from kindergarten through high school, making a meaningful impact across grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience or strong interest in working with grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school students)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse student needs
• Familiarity with educational settings and IEP processes preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs in students from grades K–12
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Document student performance, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented school culture
