Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to varied age groups and diverse student needs
  • Collaborative mindset for working alongside educators, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Partner with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate staff and families on effective communication strategies
