Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active or pending California SLP license required

  • SLPA experience—education or healthcare settings—highly valued
  • Professional, team-oriented, and passionate about creating positive student outcomes

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to each student
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Document progress, maintain student records, and contribute to IEPs
  • Deliver both direct and consultative services under contract guidelines
  • Utilize creative strategies to foster student engagement and measurable progress
