Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Hollister, California

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare as an SLP or SLPA
• Active or pending state license for SLP
• SLP-CCC credential is highly valued, though clinical fellows (SLP-CF) are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to diverse caseloads
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
• Commitment to evidence-based practices

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Delivering both direct and indirect services as required by IEP goals
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of student progress
• Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise to educational planning
• Providing resources and recommendations to school staff and families
