Qualifications:
- Active or pending Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- SLP-CCC highly desirable; CF candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in a pediatric or educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of IEP documentation, therapy planning, and student progress monitoring
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, eager to work in a school environment
- SLPA candidates must have applicable credentials
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy for students with communication, speech, and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide both direct and indirect therapy services, ensuring comprehensive student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s success
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities
