Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

  • Current, active California SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Background providing school-based speech therapy services
  • Spanish/English bilingualism is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting children in educational settings
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites, serving varied caseloads
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite, direct speech-language therapy services to students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and language assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Adapt therapy to meet diverse developmental and cultural needs
