Preferred candidates are those with prior experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California schools. Bilingual Spanish-speaking SLPs are especially encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold an active California Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated school-based SLP experience preferred, especially in California settings
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
  • Ability to work onsite at district locations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services for students across diverse needs
  • Complete thorough assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Adapt quickly to changing caseloads and school sites (assignments to be determined)
