Qualifications/Preferred Experience:
- Current, active California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Background providing school-based speech therapy services
- Spanish/English bilingualism is strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting children in educational settings
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites, serving varied caseloads
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite, direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and language assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy to meet diverse developmental and cultural needs
