Two distinct roles are available—one ideal for an SLP who enjoys the variety of working across multiple rural school locations with students in TK through 8th grade, and another perfect for someone who prefers a consistent environment, focusing on preschoolers ages 3-5 at a dedicated school site. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in a school setting or pediatric population preferred
  • Ability to travel between school sites (rural SLP role)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of 35-45 students
  • Enthusiastic about supporting diverse learners from ages 3 to 14

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy to eligible students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and empowers each student
