Speech Language Pathologist in Hollister, CA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity dedicated to supporting students’ growth and communication skills during the upcoming school year. Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to provide exceptional service and expertise at the elementary level, working with mixed Resource Specialist Program (RSP) and Special Day Class (SDC) caseloads. The assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, and offers regular hours from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, ensuring a consistent schedule.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in school-based settings, preferably at the elementary level
• Skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech/language disorders
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary IEP teams
• Familiarity working with diverse caseloads, including RSP and SDC students
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Your Day-to-Day:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner’s needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Maintain thorough records and prepare progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting and progress monitoring
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Provide consultations and resources to classroom teachers as needed
