Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for California
• Previous SLP experience in schools strongly preferred
• Experience with PreK populations
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) proficiency strongly preferred
• Passion for working in culturally diverse settings
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person SLP services to a PreK caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
