Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and deliver evidence-based interventions
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Developing personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Documenting progress and maintaining up-to-date records
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
- Supporting students’ individual learning and communication needs to promote educational success
- Assisting in the prevention, identification, and intervention of speech and language disorders
