This full-time, contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity offers the chance to work within an engaging educational environment, positively impacting school-aged children while collaborating with a supportive staff.

As an integral member of the team, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week with a focus on assessment, intervention, and advocacy for students’ speech and language needs. The position is ideal for professionals who value meaningful one-site connections and are passionate about helping young learners achieve their potential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Compassion for supporting diverse student needs in an educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for 5th and 6th grade students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
  • Engage in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
