We are looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with CCC credentials for a full-time, in-person contract running the entire school year. If you're committed to helping students thrive, your expertise is needed across two focus areas spanning four schools near Holly Springs, MS.
In this collaborative, student-centered environment, your average caseload will be approximately 34 to 40 students. The role primarily requires in-person presence, but there may be consideration for virtual service if an SLPA is available to assist on site.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with teams across multiple schools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability in delivering services in-person (virtual considered if sSLPA can facilitate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document student performance
- Travel between assigned schools as necessary
- Participate in professional development and school initiatives
