Caseloads are maintained at a manageable size of approximately 50-60 students, so you can provide focused, high-quality therapy. School start times vary slightly depending on placement: elementary (7:30-4), middle (7:45-4), and high (8:30-4). This flexibility allows you to work in an environment tailored to your strengths and preferred grade levels.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP licensure for the state of Florida
• Experience with or enthusiasm for working in K-12 school environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and prioritize student progress
• Passion for helping students reach their fullest communication potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to assigned students
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
