Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Wisconsin SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in school settings and working with K-12 students
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
- Consult with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student success in the classroom
- Provide direct and consultative services across the K-12 population
- Participate in school-based meetings and professional development
