School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Holt, Michigan

Make a difference supporting K–4th grade students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in the Lansing, Michigan area for the upcoming fall. This full-time opportunity begins August 17, 2026, and runs through November 20, 2026. Work alongside an experienced, collaborative educational team to help students enhance their communication skills and thrive in a school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Experience working with K–4th grade populations
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• SLP clinical fellows (CFs) will not be considered

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–4th grade students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on student success
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
