With a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week, you’ll have the chance to use your school-based experience to help young learners unlock their communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Michigan SLP license (required)
• CCC-SLP credential (Clinical Certificate of Competence) required
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Skilled in providing individualized and group interventions for elementary-aged students
• Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and school documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• SLP Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates not eligible

Role Overview:

• Serve K – 4th grade students on an assigned caseload
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy aligned to IEP goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain timely, detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
