Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Michigan SLP license (required)
- CCC-SLP credential (Clinical Certificate of Competence) required
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Skilled in providing individualized and group interventions for elementary-aged students
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and school documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- SLP Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) candidates not eligible
Role Overview:
- Serve K – 4th grade students on an assigned caseload
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy aligned to IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain timely, detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
