Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist supporting students during the 2026–2027 academic year. With a full-time contract running from August through June, you’ll play a key role in helping children develop vital communication skills, all while enjoying the vibrancy of a dynamic educational setting.

Your expertise in school-based speech therapy will make a measurable difference in students’ lives. This is a fully onsite role, offering the chance to collaborate directly with educators and families, ensuring bilingual learners receive consistent, high-quality intervention and support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license (verification required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel reliably to and from the school
  • Ready to pass a drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI check
  • Adherence to punctuality and excellent attendance required

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement targeted IEP goals and therapy plans in both English and Spanish
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Advocate for students’ communication needs and contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
