Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution required
• Active or eligible state licensure as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
• Experience working with children or school-aged populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams

Primary Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
• Lead engaging therapy sessions to address specific speech and language goals
• Diligently monitor and document student progress throughout the intervention process
• Foster seamless communication and collaboration with fellow education professionals and support staff
• Involve and educate families to enhance participation and outcomes during the therapy process
