Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience providing services in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
  • Deliver services in both individual and group settings
