Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure for speech-language pathology
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred; strong candidates completing their CFY also encouraged to apply
• Previous experience serving pediatric or K-12 student populations in a school setting a plus
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, or related disorders
• Deliver individual and small group therapy sessions tailored to IEP goals
• Partner closely with teachers, families, and support staff for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records, assessments, and compliance with documentation standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team discussions
• Offer guidance and resources for student growth both in and out of the classroom
