Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) required

- Knowledge of IEP documentation and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Organized, flexible, and comfortable managing a school caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders among a diverse student population
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapy sessions in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals to ensure holistic support for each student
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state guidelines
