Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold or be in the process of obtaining your Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Active licensure and credentials to practice as an SLP or SLPA
  • Experience working in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
  • Proficiency in virtual/remote therapy platforms (teletherapy experience is highly valued)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student progress
  • Track, document, and report on student performance and therapeutic outcomes
  • Deliver services in-person or via teletherapy, according to student/client needs
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives
  • Adhere to all relevant compliance and ethical standards in school or healthcare settings
