Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
  • Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings highly valued
  • Teletherapy experience an asset
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Deliver speech therapy services, both onsite and/or virtually, tailored to student needs
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Consult with teachers and families to support classroom strategies and carry over therapy goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for student support plans
  • Mentor and provide guidance to SLPA team members as appropriate
