Key Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Experience in school-based or healthcare settings valued
• SLPA certification and school/healthcare experience encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable delivering teletherapy services when needed
• Passion for working with diverse student populations

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and design individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services to students both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Conduct evaluations, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation, training, and support for school staff regarding speech and language needs
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
